My sympathy to Barb's family. I loved visiting with Barb when she would bring patients to the hospital with the ambulance. She was a great EMT and had so much compassion for her patients. Fun memories at the Brooklyn High School-especially decorating windows for the homecoming . Veryl Pernot

My daughter and I have only known Barbara for a couple of years, but in that time we enjoyed Barbara's sense of humor, and her knowledge of Evansville's past. She was a walking, story- telling history book. We will miss her.
