Barbara “Webb” Pittman, 77, of Raeford passed to the arms of Jesus Saturday, February 21, 2026 in her home.

Barbara was born in Scotland County on January 10, 1949, daughter to the late William Thomas Webb and Frances Louise Cook Webb.

Barbara loved her family and was the best Nana to her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-nieces, nephews and all extended family. She loved family gatherings, especially the holidays. She was employed by Bell South for over 30 years and enjoyed working Tax season or helping at General McArthur’s. She will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Ashley Pittman, a son, James Earl Morris, 2 grandchildren, Christian Morris, Mary-Margaret Morris and her sister, Mary Louise Smith.

She is survived by her children, Jeffery Lynn Morris (Katie), Amanda Pittman Jones (Papa), a brother, William Thomas “Bill” Webb Jr,; grandchildren, Lindsay Morris, TJ Morris (Brittany), Elizabeth Morris (Austin), Abigail Jones (Carlos), Ava Morris, Ronan Russell, Ty Jones (Isis), Allie Reaves, Earl Morris, Macie Morris and Max Morris; great-grandchildren, Bradley Morris, Harley Morris, Abriella “Mookie” Tolentino; a host of nephews and nieces; special family friends, Faye Grooms, Shirley Covington and her beloved pet Levi.

A visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 PM Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at the home, 251 Neill Maxwell Road, Raeford, NC 28376.

A service to Celebrate her life will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at Caledonia Methodist Church, 15201 Barnes Bridge Road, Laurinburg, NC 28352 with Pastor Bob Ray officiating.

In Lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Caledonia Methodist Cemetery Fund, 15201 Barnes Bridge Road, Laurinburg, NC 28352.

A special thank you to Liberty Hospice staff for the care showed to Ms. Barbara.
