Barbara,
With the true spirit of a United States Marine, you fought an amazing battle. Your courage and determination should be an example for all of us to live our lives by. Where others lost there battles sooner, you fought on. You were a blessing to anyone who had the privilege of meeting you. May your soul bloom in eternal spring. I consider myself fortunate to share the title of United States Marine with you. Marine Corps League Det. 747 has suffered the loss of a true warrior.
