Mrs. Barbara Rinkle

Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara Rinkle, 80, of Tatum, Texas will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 4, 2025, at the Hawthorn Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Nathan Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Deadwood Cemetery under the direction of Hawthorn Funeral Home. Visitation will be 6-8:00 p.m. Wednesday night at Hawthorns. Mrs. Barbara Ann Lutrick Rinkle was born December 18, 1944, in Vinton, Louisiana. Her parents were LaVerne and Earl Lutrick. She passed this life peacefully, August 30, 2025, at her home in Tatum, Texas. Barbara attended many schools finishing at White Oak High School. She met her love, Earnum Rinkle and they married in Las Vegas in 1987 and celebrated 35 years of marriage before he preceded her in death in 2022. Barbara worked in their family grocery business locations until retirement. Barbara loved life, spent time with family in her bowling league. She loved the outdoors fishing, hunting, and time in the casinos enjoying life. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, sisters, Brenda Glasco, Sandra Cole, grandson, Dakota Jones and stepson, Carl Rinkle. Mrs. Rinkle is survived by her children, son, Jimmy Kelley and wife Kelly of Churchill, daughter, Cyndy Beggs and husband Chad of Beckville; stepchildren, Tommy Rinkle and wife Jan of Beckville, Teresa Reaves and husband Russell of Tenaha; sisters, Rose Jones of Tatum and Sue Smith of Jena, LA; grandchildren, Brandi Garcia and husband Teo, Michael Daniels and wife Kelsea, Monica Lucher and husband Thomas, Tye Beggs, Casey Kelley, Grace Kelley, Logan Kelley and wife Maddison, Barbara Heard and husband Peyton, Nathan Boutin and Katelynn Boutin numerous step grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Serving as pallbearers will be Logan Kelley, James Kelley, Michael Daniels, Kenyon Lusk, Thomas Lucher and Richard Cole.
