Barb was a local pastor who served in the Wilkes-Barre when I was the District Superintendent. Barb was genuinely loved by her church members and in the community. She was a gift preacher, friend, and colleague. She served the church well; and now that she has completed her journey, she will get to meet the one she served so faithfully.
