Barbara Louise Rogers

Barbara Louise Rogers, age 67, of Malden, Massachusetts, passed away on January 4, 2026.

Barbara was born on August 10, 1958, in Malden, Massachusetts, where she spent much of her life and formed deep roots in the community.

She was predeceased by her beloved parents, Horace Rogers and Barbara Rogers.

Barbara is lovingly survived by her siblings: Horace and Gladys Rogers. Gregory and Karen Rogers, Don and Audrey Rogers, and Christopher and Tracy Rogers, as well as her many cherished nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her lifelong friends, Janet Crowe and Angela Ciccolo, who held a special place in her heart.

Barbara dedicated her professional life to serving others, including her work with the military at Hanscom Air Force Base, and later managing housing for veterans and individuals less fortunate at Heading Home in Malden. Her career reflected her deep compassion, strength, and unwavering commitment to helping those in need.

A devoted Christian, Barbara lived her faith through kindness, service, and genuine care for those around her.

She loved to travel, treasured her many friendships, and was known for her fun-loving spirit and big personality. Barbara had a rare gift-she could light up a room with her smile and unmistakable laugh, instantly making others feel welcome. She was tough, smart, caring, and endlessly memorable. If you met Barbara, she made you smile.

Visitation For Barbara will be held at The Weir MacCuish Funeral Home, 144 Salem St., Malden on Monday January 12th from 2-7 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Barbara's memory to a charity supporting veterans or those in need, or to an organization of the donor's choice.

Barbara will be deeply missed by the many people whose lives she touched, loved, and uplifted.
