Barbara A. Rousseau

Mrs. Barbara A. (Garrity) Rousseau, age 88, of Malden, formerly of Cambridge, died on Monday, November 3rd at the Woburn Nursing Center in Woburn. She was the wife of the late Frank Rousseau, Sr.
Born in and a resident of Cambridge until moving to Malden twenty years ago, Mrs. Rousseau was the daughter of the late Willard and Helen (Miller) Garrity. Barbara was a retired waitress for the Harvard Faculty Club where she worked for more than twenty years. She was a devout catholic who was active in many parishes.
Mrs. Rousseau is survived by her son, Frank Rousseau, Jr. and his wife Tricia of Saugus; daughter Diane Nickerson of Lynn; four grandchildren, David, Ashley, Samantha and Jesse; and one sister, Nancy Cyr of ME. She was predeceased by her daughter, Marci Meserve; her son, Theodore Meserve and one grandson, Theodore, Jr. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., SAUGUS on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. A funeral mass will be in St. Margaret's Church, 431 Lincoln Ave., Saugus Wednesday at 10 a.m.
