Barbara Sabo Obituary
Barbara, born in Liegnitz, moved to North Carolina during the later years of her retirement. Barbara led an interesting life as mother, grandmother and businesswoman. For many years she ran an international lobster export business in Gloucester, MA and later a successful bed and breakfast in Falmouth, MA.
Mrs. Sabo is survived by her three children: Susanne Feller of Port Townsend, WA, Brigitte Henn of Heimsheim, Germany, Jacqueline Hare of Cornelius, NC; grandchildren: Julius Henn of Heidelberg, Germany, Sebastian Henn of Leipzig, Germany, Davis Hare, Connor Hare and Sydney Hare of Cornelius, NC; brothers: Volker Lachmann of Bayreuth, Germany and Friedhelm Lachmann of Leeds, England.
The family plans on holding a celebration of life later this summer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ada Jenkins Center, 212 Gamble Street, Davidson, NC 28036.
James Funeral Home, of Huntersville, is serving the family and obituary lovingly written by the family.
