Barbara J. Siegfried, 81 of Egg Harbor Township, NJ and formerly of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away on Sunday February 23, 2025. Barbara was born in Apalachicola, FL and spent over 50 years living in Little Egg Harbor, NJ before moving to Egg Harbor Township 5 years ago. Barbara owned Dust Bunnies Cleaning Company and donated to many different charities. She enjoyed sewing, music (especially singing along to country music), reading, shopping, and the constant companionship of her dogs, down through the years. (Whiskey, Sophie, and Sadie).
Barbara was predeceased by her parents Russell and Beuford “Boots” Brock, husband Charles J. Siegfried, brother David, sister Shirley and step-daughter Melissa.
Nothing was more important to her than loving her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her children Marion Juszczak (Glenn) of Forked River, NJ, Elizabeth Whitesell-Pesce (James “Bear”) of Egg Harbor Township, NJ, John Whitesell (Stephanie) of Texas, James Whitesell (Marjorie) of Tinton Falls, NJ, and step-daughters Susan McKenna, Charlotte Barrie, Bernadine Glass and Linda Siegfried, sister Faye Leigh, grandchildren Sarah, Mehgan, Kelsey, Julia, Alanna, Caity, Zachery, Shannon, Erik, Kim, Rusty, Paul and Billy, great-grandchildren Charlotte, Elijah, Noah, Mackenzie, Levi, Madisyn, and Emerson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday March 1, 2025 from 10am until 12pm at Maxwell Funeral Home at 160 Mathistown Rd. Little Egg Harbor, NJ 08087. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
