Barbara Ann (Williamson) Tosh, 83, of Rosie, AR, died on Sunday, November 9, 2025. Barbara was born on February 18, 1942, in Portland, OR. She was of Catholic faith. Barbara was a head-strong free spirit who loved life and loved animals, especially horses. She raised arctic foxes, parrots, racoons, dogs, and cats. Barbara loved racing. She loved watching her son race and even took a trip around the track once with him. Barbara also loved hosting holidays for her family. She made every holiday special for her entire family but especially her children and grandchildren. When she wasn't with her animals or family, she enjoyed spending time with friends, hanging out down at the store at Salado. Barbara was a beautiful light to her family that burned bright until she was called to her heavenly home. She will be dearly missed and forever loved by everyone that was blessed to know her.
Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Eugene Tosh; her son, Kenny Tosh, her grandsons, Michael Gene Espy and Kent "Bub" Tosh; and 5 siblings. She is survived by her 5 sons, Lloyd Eugene Tosh Jr. (Cathy), James Tosh (Denise), Larry Tosh (Tammy), Jerry Tosh (Paula), and Richie Tosh (Shannon); her 3 daughters, B.J. Johnson (David), Sissy Myers, and Debbie Harper (Bill); 25 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren.
Services are entrusted to Willis Funeral Service of Batesville, AR. Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 6 PM until 8 PM at the Willis Funeral Service Chapel.
