Barbara Triffun Obituary
CUYAHOGA FALLS - Barbara J. Triffun, 67, passed peacefully, surrounded by her family, on November 12, 2025.
Born in Akron, she had lived in Cuyahoga Falls for the past 39 years, and had been employed as a human resources manager with BJ’s Wholesale Club. Barbara was a very creative person and loved to crochet and paint. She also enjoyed playing video games with her grandson, Finn. She loved to travel, especially to the beach, with her family.
If you were lucky enough to meet her, you loved her. She had a way of making everyone feel like family.
Preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Michaleen Jones, she is survived by her husband of 45 years, Dennis; her daughters and sons-in-law, Stephanie and William Jobe, Michelle and Kyle Carney and Katelyn and Joshua Reese; her grandchildren, Findley Carney and Christopher Jobe, and her sisters, Elaine (Robert) Balas and Denise (Herb) Maness.
Barbara’s life’s passion was being with her family and sharing love and life with them.
Doug Petrovich will conduct services at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow, 44224, on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 9:30 AM, where friends may call Friday, November 14, 2025, from 6 to 8 PM.
Burial will follow at 12 noon, at Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
