Born on March 26, 1932 in Atlanta, she was the daughter of the late Robert Jack and Beatrice Head McAdams. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Gainesville.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Urbanick was preceded in death by her husband, Burton Urbanick and granddaughter, Bonnie Joy Urbanick.
Mrs. Urbanick is survived by her sons, Greg Urbanick of White, GA, David Urbanick (Kay) of Villa Rica, GA, Bron Urbanick (Lori) of Lemont, IL; grandchildren, Chad Urbanick (Kaye Lee), Clayton Urbanick (Lindsay), Colin Urbanick (Lauryn), Travis Urbanick, Jordan Urbanick (Mackenzie), Zachary Urbanick (Megan); great grandchildren, Ewan, Lucy, Matilda, Gwendolyn, James Scott; sister, Donna Swanger and a number of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
