Barbara Ann Vecellio, 86, formerly of Drowney Road, Gifford, passed away Saturday, December 27, 2025, at the Bradford Ecumenical Home.

Born November 19, 1939, in Clarion she was a daughter of the late Edward and Miriam (Dean) Krafton. Barb graduated from Bradford Area High School in 1957.

On June 6, 1963, in Lewis Run, she married Ronald M. Vecellio who preceded her in death on September 4, 1997.
Barb was first employed at Forest Oil Company, later for Hounds & Hunting Magazine for 17 years and later at the Guidance Center from where she retired in 2005 after 28 years. After she retired, she continued in a part time capacity until 2009.

Barb was a former member of the Gifford United Methodist Church for many years until it closed, she then joined the Custer City United Methodist Church. She was a former member of the Bradford Area Women's Club, a volunteer at the Friendship Table and the YWCA.

Surviving is one daughter, Julie Ann Vecellio-Frederico, one son, Ronald Michael (Joanna) Vecellio, Jr., all of Bradford, one grandson, Antonio Michael Vecellio, one granddaughter, Jessica Morton, one brother, Edward Krafton of Pheonix, AZ, and one sister, Patricia Fox of Rixford, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ron, one son-in-law, Kevin Frederico, one brother-in-law, Danny Fox, and one sister-in-law, Judy Krafton.

Family will receive friends on Friday January 2, 2026, from 11am to 1pm at the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, Inc., 33 South Avenue followed by funeral services at 1pm with Rev. Jay Tennies, Pastor of the Custer City United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in McKean Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to SPCA, or a charity of the donor's choice.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes Inc.
