Clarksdale, MS is handling the arrangements. When the dogwoods bloomed and the hummingbirds migrated north, you could often find her in her garden, tending to her flowers with a tender touch and a loving heart. She loved to do arts and crafts when the weather wasn't fair. She could be found painting bird houses and crosses. She would always design and build wreaths for each season of the year. One of Barbara's greatest joys was Easter, a holiday she celebrated with great passion. For over 40 years, she hosted the Rena Lara Egg Hunt in her yard, a beloved tradition that drew hundreds of children and their families. She cherished seeing multiple generations return year after year, creating lasting memories that spanned decades Barbara instilled all of her best attributes into her three daughters and all of her grandchildren. She had a big heart, a strong will, and an unwavering commitment to those she loved. She gave freely, always offering her love, support, and wisdom to those who needed it. Her final days were filled with her truth and testimony, embodying the strength and grace that defined her. Barbara's love knew no bounds. She loved fiercely, and she gave to everyone around her. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, devotion, and unwavering love that will live on in the hearts of her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Barbara will be missed, but her memory will live on in the springtime blooms, in the laughter of children, and in the hearts of all who were touched by her extraordinary love.
