I had the honor of becoming Tuesday Friends with Barb through the Lenawee Humane Society´s weekly visits to Hampton Manor. I swear you can always judge a person by how a dog judges them and almost every dog I brought to meet Barb wanted to kiss her face so I know she was the best kind of person. We ALWAYS had to see Barb on pet social hour days-it was an unwritten, but very important rule. She always had the best crumbs for the dogs to snack on, a big smile with kisses and pets for every animal and didn´t mind when a few of the four legged friends tried to steal the tennis balls off her walker. And that fake cat of hers...it startled me and the dogs I brought more than once but it was just part of Barb´s signature. Like I said, we ALWAYS had to see Barb and now Tuesdays won´t be the same. The dogs and cats of the afterlife gained a wonderful lady to love on them. My condolences to her family and friends left behind.
