Barbara Weed

Barbara was such a sweet, dear friend to me - almost a second mom to me. I will miss her energy and enthusiasm for life.
I met Barbara (and Don) when I first moved to the Grass Valley area. She befriended my right away and I was soon accompanying her on fun shopping trips, jaunts to Lake Tahoe for some gambling, and also spending time at their beautiful home, enjoying her wonderful cooking.
I missed her when she moved away, but we kept in touch over the years and I was so saddened to hear of her passing.
My thoughts and condolences go out to her family. You were so blessed to have a beautiful mother, grandmother and great grandmother for so many years. And I was blessed to have her touch my life in so many ways.
You earned your rest, sweet Barbara.
