Barbara Willnow Obituary
On January 11, 1963, Sue married the love of her life, James "Harlan" Willnow. They raised a family of four children and spent over 60 wonderful years together.
Sue was a member of Ogden Church as well as the Cottonwood Cloggers. She enjoyed flower gardening, feeding the hummingbirds in her yard, and was known for her love of Christmas. Sue deeply cared for others and would always visit people at the nursing homes. Most importantly, Sue loved spending time with her family.
Sue left a lasting impression on those she knew and loved, which was pretty much every person she encountered. Sue was known for her loving, kind, caring, generous heart, her ability to turn complete strangers into friends after only a few minutes of conversation. Sue was always there for everyone. She had a heart of pure gold.
To cherish her memory, Sue leaves her loving husband, Harlan; a son, Rocky (Penny) Willnow; three daughters: Annette (Michael) Francoeur, Michelle McNeil, and Deborah (Matthew) Hewitt; 15 grandchildren: Andrew, Jessica, Katrina, Nicholas, Chelsea, Dakota, Erin, David, Brianna, Jeremiah, Joseph, Noah, Makayla, Olivia, and Savannah; 15 great grandchildren; a sister, Beverly Green; and sister-in-law, Judy Sayers. In addition to her parents, Sue is preceded in death by a great grandson, Connor; and a brother, Larry Dulaney.
Visitation for Sue will take place on Friday, December 22, 2023, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., at Anderson-Marry Funeral Home, Adrian. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, December 23, 2023, beginning at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor CJ Clymer officiating. Visitation on the day of the service will begin at 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Fairfield Cemetery.

Sue was always so much fun when I stayed at their house almost every summer. She could dance like a pro and her laugh was infectious. We didn't see each other very often but I will miss her. R.I.P. cousin.
