Services for (Pet) Barkley Nabours, 11, of Temple were held privately in his home.
Barkley Nabours was relieved of his pain and crossed the rainbow bridge on Saturday, May 18, 2024 in his home.
Barkley Nabours was born on October 15, 2012, and was adopted by his parents; Barry and Sherri Nabours. He enjoyed riding with his dad and mom in the truck and helping with the steers. He loved riding along with everyone and helping out. He was known as an amazing guard dog and continuously let everyone know who was coming. Barkley will be forever missed and known as the best guard dog as he helps protect the gates of heaven.
He is preceded in death by his sister, Sandy Nabours.
Survivors include his parents, brother, Apollo Nabours, and a sister, Duchess Nabours.
Arrangements are in the care of Young's Daughters Funeral Home and Bereavement Center.
