Barney Archer

Barney and Carol Archer were two of the finest people Ive ever known, good friends and I miss them. They dont hardly make them like this anymore.

"At that time the eyes of the blind will be opened, and the ears of the deaf will be unstopped. At that time the lame will leap like the deer, and the tongue of the speechless will shout for joy. For waters will burst forth in the wilderness, and streams in the desert plain. - Isaiah 35:5, 6

If Fred were still here he would be so saddened to learn this about Barney.He thought so highly of him,not only for working with him at Southern Pacific,but he regarded both of you, Carol, as his best friends. I send you my deepest sympathy. Sharon Ryberg

Barney was a railroad man that many, many learned the operating rules and safety rules that kept them safe and alive working on the railroad. Barney had a passion for his job that few could match. Thanks Barney, for the memories.
