Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. - PalmyraBarry L. Spohn, 82, of Palmyra, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 9, 2025. Born in Washington Township, he was the son of the late Leon E. and Bernice M. (Gable) Spohn. He was the loving husband for 58 years to Miriam D. Spohn, who passed in April.
Barry enjoyed gardening, spending time with his grandson, and volunteering at Londonderry Village.
Barry is survived by his two sons, Barry Spohn (Shannon) and Steven Spohn; two grandsons, Carson Spohn and Jordan Nichols; one brother, Dale Spohn (Sandy); two sisters, Donna Zuber (Daniel), and Joan Hall (Bryan); along with his nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife and his parents.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 1PM on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 300 W Pine St., Palmyra, PA 17078. Interment will follow in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA. Family and friends are invited to a time of visitation from 12PM until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Good Samaritan Fund at Londonderry Village at www.LondonderryVillage.org
