Barry Dean Veach

Barry Dean Veach, 65 of Kissimmee, Florida passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, Friday, December 5, 2025. He was born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, the son of Frank L. and Virginia R. (Thompson) Veach. From there, Barry lived in Springfield, Illinois and later settled in New York City for a time after which he moved to Kissimmee, Florida which he has made his home for the last six years. In Florida, Barry married Antoinette (Nedd) Veach of Kissimmee, Florida cherishing 5 years of love and companionship, and she survives.

Barry had a deep love for music, especially jazz music. He would travel every year to New Orleans for Jazz Fest and made friends along the way. He was one to collect gadgets and tools, he was ready for every situation and would say "I have something for that". Barry was a car guy, being a member of Corvette Clubs in the Kissimmee area. In his leisure time he enjoyed going to car shows, watching movies and reality tv, and taking a dip in the pool.

Barry's presence in our lives was a true blessing. He will be deeply missed, but his love and legacy will live on in our hearts forever.

Surviving are his loving wife; Antoinette Veach of Kissimmee, Florida. Son; Patrick Veach of Springfield, Illinois. Daughter; Maggie Veach of Riverton, Illinois. Brothers; Craig (Sally) Veach of Springfield, Illinois and Brad Veach of Springfield, Illinois. Stepdaughter; Khelsey Andrews- Hoyte of Trinidad. Stepson; Gabre Andrews of North Carolina and loyal canine companion Jax.

He was preceded in death by both of his parents; Frank L. Veach and Virginia R. Collins and brother; Jay Veach.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Thursday, December 11, 2025, from 2:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. in the Roger C. Thompson Memorial Chapel at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Barry Dean Veach will be held Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. in the Roger C. Thompson Memorial Chapel at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home with Brother John Maya of the Central Kissimmee Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses officiating.
