Uncle Pat was my Godfather. As far as I can remember he was always a part of my life. I remember visiting him on LSU Campus housing while he was a student there. I was a young kid at 5 or 6 years old. He eventually moved in married housing from there. When he moved to Lake Charles my parents brought me often to see him & even did small vacations at his home. I remember him working at his Father In Laws camera shop as well. My 1st offshore fishing trip was with him, my brother Keith, and my cousin Mike LeBlanc. It seemed like we were 100 miles offshore in a 14´ bateau. We actually spearfished plenty of Spadefish. Pat never forgot me at birthdays & Christmas times. I still possess many original $2.00 bills he would send me. We always stayed in touch even with his travels. May he Rest In Peace now. Love you, Mark Verbois
