Becky Martin

Rebecca “Becky” Watkins Martin, 66 of Calhoun, GA formerly of Cumming, GA passed away November 26, 2024. Becky was born in Cumming, GA to Arter and Ozell Sosebee Watkins. Mrs. Martin grew up in Cumming, GA and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cumming. 

Becky was preceded in death by her father, Arter Watkins; brother in-law, Roy McCollum; father in-law, Kenneth Martin.

She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Forrest Martin; son and daughter in-law, Jesse & Emmie Martin; grandson, Luke Martin; mother, Ozell Sosebee Watkins; mother in-law, Patricia Martin; sister in-law, Leigh McCollum; brother in-law and sister in-law, Ken and Sheree Martin; several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Funeral services will be held 4:00 pm Saturday, November 30, 2024, in the chapel with Rev. Ricky Byrd, and Rev. Kyle Strom officiating. Interment will follow 10:30 am Monday, December 2, 2024, at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA with Rev. Lee Gaddis officiating. The family will receive friends Friday, November 29, 2024, from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm and Saturday, November 30, 2024, from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home, 210 Ingram Avenue, Cumming, GA 30040.
