Becky Sue Noyes, 67, of Amarillo, was set free from the chains of her Earthly body and made whole in the presence of Jesus on October 22, 2025.

The family invites you to celebrate Becky’s 67 years of life on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 2:00 pm in the Angel Funeral Home’s Chapel of Angels, 2209 S. Arthur, with Pastor Cristi Gooding of Yes Lord Church presiding.

Becky was born on November 25, 1957 in Hereford, Texas. She attended Hereford Public Schools and graduated from Hereford High School. Becky attended some trade school courses before landing a job with ASARCO Copper Refinery becoming one of, if not the first woman to be employed by the plant. Becky made many lifelong friends throughout her time at ASARCO. She spent the next 42 years of her life working in various areas of the plant before retiring as a Maintenance Foreman, a career she was incredibly proud of. But nothing brought her more joy and pride than her only son Tristan, no matter what he did.

Becky had a passion for traveling the country. Rather it was a quick trip to the casino hoping to hit it big, or heading off to one of her favorite camping spots, she loved to be on the road. She loved her Coca Cola and it was the one thing off limits to limitation when her health forced her to watch what she consumed, that along with her favorite restaurant, The Plaza. Becky was going to enjoy her coke and Mexican food regardless of doctor’s orders. When home, she loved on her kitties, Itty Bitty and Chloe. She just adored them.

Becky also had a great passion for helping any and everyone who needed it. It did not matter if it was financial, or just a kind word, Becky offered herself without expecting it to be returned. Even when she was not in the position to give, she went out of her way to make sure everyone received her gift of giving. Christmas time she would max out a credit card to make sure her son got everything he wanted, and that the family got something from her. She donated coats to the homeless, food to local food banks, and many other acts of kindness to help those in need. Even after her passing, she continued her giving spirit. Becky’s family approved the donation of her corneas to a college age student from Duke University who will now have the gift of sight.

Becky is preceded in death by her parents. Those left to cherish her memories are her beloved son Tristan Noyes and Breana, sisters, Annette Hagood and Norm, Vanessa Fulmer and Dean, and Kim Valadez, brothers, James Noyes and Debbie, and Robert Noyes and Nikki; as well as many nieces, nephews, cherished extended family and many dear friends.

To honor Becky’s life, the family suggest that you go out and help someone in need, even if it is just a kind word or an ear to listen.
