Ben will be missed. He was considered family for many many years. Always loved talking about old times and how he and my aunt connie loved to "cut a rug" ballroom dancing. A very nice man who adored my aunt. Rest in peace Ben

I had the pleasure of caring for Ben. I met Ben and Connie at Willowbrook ballroom and shared some dances with him. He loved his music. We enjoyed listening to Engelbert on our car rides. Sometimes he would pour a non alcohol Becks beer turn on his stereo and dance around his apartment. Ben was a sweet man. He will be deeply missed. Love Betty

I was 17 when Ben came into my life. I had lost my dad two years before. Ben brought happiness and love. Our whole extended Italian family loved him. My mom, Connie found happiness. Every Sunday, Ben & Connie would go to Willow Brook for ballroom dancing. They were inseparable. I would go to Ben for advice, and he always had the best answers. Another thing was his caregiver Betty beckom. She not only became a caregiver to Ben. But also to my mom, she was family too. Last, but not least my cousin Denise, who met him when she was 14 years old. Her father, and then we´re like brothers to each other. Ben was such a wonderful man, and I feel blessed to have had him in my life for so long.

Ben was a lovely man who was like a member of our family for many years. I've known Ben since I was 14 years old. My parents and I spent a lot of time with him at my Aunt Connie's house, and other family events. I enjoyed talking to him about his stereo system and music, his love of baseball and the Chicago Cubs, his job as a barber, and the concession stands he ran in the Loop. I loved hearing about his mom's cooking and about different aspects of his life. Ben was like an uncle to me and a brother to my father. We loved him very much, and I will miss him very much. Thank you Ben for all the kindness you extended to my Aunt Connie..and our family.
