Benito Bottaro

Benito Bottaro, of Stoneham, passed away on Saturday January 31, 2009 at Lahey Clinic in Burlington. He was 74 years of age. Born in Siracusa, Italy, Benito was the son of the late Carmelo Bottaro and Carmela (DiMare) Bottaro both of Italy. Benito was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. His warm smile reflected the many friendships he made over the years. He will be missed by all. Benito was the beloved husband of Carmela (DiMare) Bottaro. He was the loving father of Carmelo Bottaro and his wife Angela of Wakefield, Steven Bottaro and his wife Maria Carmela of Stoneham. Cherished grandfather of Diana, Salvatore, and Gabriella Bottaro. Dear brother of Iole, Lucia, Pasqualino, Nuccia, Sebastiano and Gaetano Bottaro all of Italy. He is also survived by many loving brothers in law, sisters in law and nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT28) STONEHAM on Wednesday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass Celebrating Benito's Life in St. Patrick's Church 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share remembrances with the family on Tuesday 4-8pm in the funeral home. Parking attendants available. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, Stoneham.
