Benjamin Bumbry

I'm really saddened to hear about Ben passing. I sang with him and the messengers while I lived in Quincy. I hate I never got back to visit him. Rest well Sir Bumbry

Ben was my softball coach in at Quincy in 1993. He was a wonderful coach. I ran into him periodically throughout the years while visiting home. He always greeted me with a hug and a smile. He was a great influence in my life and will be dearly missed.

Ben will be missed in so many ways. He always had that smile that endeared him to so many. Thoughts and prayers go out to his family!

Frank and I are praying for the entire Bumbry Family! Ben was a true friend not only to our family but a true friend to many people in the community. His leadership and dedication to young adults goes beyond words!
Frank and I are sorry we are not in town to personally share our thoughts with you.

Dear family and friends, God was ready to bring cousin Ben home, and I know some of our hearts were not ready to let him go. I'm sure he is in heaven rejoicing and having a good time, and looking forward to the great reunion when we get there too! He touched so many lives in a tender way, we must take up his mission and share sincere love and care with others.

There are no words to express the sadness of saying good bye to this legend in our community. Ben lead by example in every way possible. He will be greatly missed and always remembered. With great love and respect-Cindy
