Benjamin Bustamante

Benjamin Bustamante, age 60, passed away in the early morning hours of December 28th, surrounded by love and faith. He was a devoted husband, a loving and funny father, a loyal friend, and a man whose kindness touched all who knew him.

Benjamin was a supportive and caring husband to his beloved wife, Martha Bustamante, and a proud father to his son, Benjamin Bustamante, and daughter, Samantha Bustamante. His family was the center of his life, and he expressed his love through encouragement, laughter, and unwavering support.

For more than twenty years, Benjamin served as an educator in the Clint Independent School District, where he made a lasting impact on students and colleagues alike. Teaching was not just his profession but his calling, and he was admired for his patience, dedication, and genuine concern for those he taught and coached.

A passionate Dallas Cowboys fan, Benjamin faithfully supported his team season after season. Equally central to his life was his Catholic faith, which guided his values and actions. His faith gave him strength, compassion, and a deep sense of purpose that shaped how he loved and served others.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Bustamante; his son, Benjamin Bustamante; his daughter, Samantha Bustamante; and his brothers, Roberto Bustamante Jr. and Michael Bustamante.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roberto Bustamante Sr. and Velia Bustamante; his brother, Joe Bustamante; and his sister, Gracie Fierro.

Benjamin's legacy of love, faith, laughter, and dedication will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. Though he will be deeply missed, his memory will forever be cherished by a family and community grateful for the time shared and the countless memories he leaves behind.
