I was so sad to hear of Ben's passing. I will always remember him smiling and saying how excited he was for the arrival of his first baby girl.

I will always remember Ben helping through a difficult time. I couldn´t talk to anyone else. He listened and wasn´t judgmental. Even while going through his own battle he was able to help me through mine. Always so positive and optimistic every time we talked. I´m going to miss hearing your laugh the most. May peace be with you bro until we meet again.

I remember the wisdom, experience, and exercising advice my brother Ben shared with me during a time in my life when I wanted to lose weight. He said, "Just walk it out! Do your arms like this while you're walking, and don't overdo it anymore than 5 repetitions when it starts to burn... then the next 3 days, do 10 more reps after the burn. Before you know it, you'll be stronger & trimmer if you add 5 more reps than before, every 3 days." It was helpful and effective. After a couple of months, I was zoom, zoom, zooming! And I slimmed down, while yet eating as many snacks that I love! Just like he said, I didn't have to sacrifice the foods I love, just enjoy in moderation and keep zooming! He helped me feel better, so many times and in so many ways... I always knew I was beautiful, whether, fluffy or trimmer because,, he always helped me remember when we'd laugh So Hard, I'd beg him to stop talking, or else id "pop" and he wouls say, "You shine no matter what, when you're happy."
Ben, I will Always hear the deep bass of your strong, unique laughter in the air when I'm laughing too hard to hear another word...

Benjamin, Oh Benjamin. Words cannot express what your mother is feeling right now. My heart is so broken. I've cried everyday since 11/06/24. The last time we talked was Saturday, 11/02/24 at 3:12 p.m. Never in a million years would I have thought that would be the last time we speak with each other. If I did, I would have kept you on the phone forever. You were my last, my spoiled rotten baby. I miss you everyday. I will love you for the rest of my days and even after then. R.I.P. my beloved son
