Benjamin Hackerman

Benjamin L. Hackerman, of Baltimore, MD, passed away on Monday, January 15th, 2024, at the age of 93. He is survived by his devoted children, Louis B. Hackerman, Richard J. and Lois Hackerman, and Timothy S. Hackerman; loving grandchildren, Jenna B. (Jordan) Klein and Lexi S. Hackerman and adored great grandchild, Blake S. Klein. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Susan N. Hackerman (nee Noahson) and his beloved parents, Louis Benjamin and Esther Sarah Hackerman.

Ben Hackerman loved life. A lifetime resident of Baltimore, Ben greatly enjoyed family, horses, casinos, fishing, wintering in Florida, dining out, a good cigar and loved to tell a silly joke or two. Ben loved to have fun. Ben married the love of his life, Susan Noahson in 1952 and enjoyed 44 years of marriage until Susan's untimely passing. After Ben broke his hip, he struggled under the most difficult circumstances for about two and half years until he finally let go just after his 93rd birthday. He will be sorely missed by many loved ones and friends.

Services at Baltimore Hebrew Belair Road Cemetery, 2100 Belair Road, Baltimore, MD 21213, on Wednesday, January 17th, 2024, at 2 PM. Please omit flowers.
