Benjamin Kingdon Obituary

Published by Legacy on Apr. 29, 2022.
KINGDON, Benjamin
On April 22nd, 2022, at the age of 49, Benjamin Kingdon passed away peacefully in the loving presence of his mother, Johanna Kingdon, and his sister, Jennifer Kingdon, after a brief time of suffering with an aggressive form of pancreatic cancer. He was predeceased by his father, John Bryan Kingdon, and his nephew, Joshua. Those Ben shared close bonds with, treasured him. He drew others in with his genuine and gentle heart. He tenderly listened to others talk of their problems and expressed gratitude to his caregivers, even in the midst of his own trauma. He had a remarkably sharp mind; a beautifully unique personality and he was tenaciously true to himself.
In keeping with Ben's style, the immediate family will be grieving privately, though they welcome hearing about your stories and connections to Ben. The most impactful thing you could do to honor his legacy is to reflect his essence and find ways to emulate his qualities and values in your own life. May his memory remain interwoven in our hearts. In honouring Ben's wishes cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to Considerate Cremation & Burial Services, 26 Nihan Drive, St. Catharines (between Lake Street & Scott Street), 289-362-1144. Online condolences may be made at CCBSCares.ca
