Annette,
My heart is so heavy for you right now. Benjamin sounds like he was a very loving and kind person. I don't know what it is like to have a child die, but I know what it is like to watch parents who mourn when a child dies. There will be some difficult times ahead for you both but I assure you that you will find a way to live and be happy again. You are from Almont and very strong and you will get through the difficult times. Even though I haven't spoken in decades to you, I carry with me all the ideas and strengths you showed to me in high school. If Benjamin was anything like you, I'm sure he left fingerprints on other people's minds and hearts that will be there always.
Love,
Jo Ann

My thoughts and love go out to you both. Benjamin sounds like an amazing and talented human who made great use of his time. I'm sorry I did not ever get to know him. Always your cousin, Mark Orr.
