There's a story I'd like to share just in case someone hasn't heard it ! After my wife and I were married I soon found out that my wife's grandpa had worked for Papaw Williams at the dairy in Monroe ! They all lived on that dairy in houses furnished by the farm . Anyways Uncle Frank and Uncle Billie Ray was teenagers and they would fight over who would date my wife's mother Janice Parker, come to find out she had her eyes set on someone by the name of James Stampley who was cousins with country music star Joe Stampley! And the rest was history !

Uncle Frank jr
Was not only my uncle but one of the kindest people I have ever known. He never turned anyone in need away. I remember in 2016 he helped me get my checking account going as I needed proof of residency. Mom loved him so much, and now he is with her his beloved wife Aunt Shirley brother Billy Ray and mammaw and papaw Williams. You will be greatly missed by those who loved you.
