Hey, Dad! Are you sure you voted first? So, do you still have a twang to your voice up there? Is Grandpa's handkerchief still red? Did he welcome you home waving you through the gates with it? I can just hear him now, "Well, looky there, it's Bennie. Come on in Bub" :) Is Grandma's hair STILL brown? Did Evie have chocolate gravy with biscuits ready for you? Were Fred and James eating Evie's gravy and biscuits? Were Lancer and Amy reminiscing about the good ole' days when the muddy dirt lane to an old farm house was our pool? Will you tell them I Love them and think of them often! Bet your Hardy's buds had coffee sitting on the table for you! Hey, Dad! What was it like the first time you could fully see again? I've read "that eye hath not seen".. what do your EYES now see? Jesus? I bet you bowed on your knees and cried Holy...or did you start singing "Now let us have a little talk with Jesus, let us..." in that deep base tone that you and Uncle Les used to try and hit. Aw, come on Dad tell the truth, you're in Heaven now... you struggled to hit that base note! LOLOL... Oh well, I guess right now you are the only one who knows the answers to my questions. One day I will join everyone, and we'll all catch-up. Although, tell grandpa to wash that hanky in the glassy sea first. Downy will make it smell Heavenly! Btw, I'll tell Paula that you are sorry for hitting her in the head with frozen strawberries, on accident, of course! Until the day that I step foot over into eternity with everyone, I will live life here to the fullest, tell others about Jesus, bringing laughter to the broken hearted...You? You're home. Your Race is done. We'll take it from here. However, I draw the line on someone taking a picture of me sitting in an "outdoor John".........Love you Dad!! Go Rest High!!
