Benny J. Fowler passed peacefully from this life to his heavenly home on March 18, 2025. He was born April 28, 1936, in Beebe, Arkansas to Jim and Goldie Fowler. He was a 1954 graduate of Beebe High School, where he met the love of his life, Minnie B. (Sissy) Price. They married on June 17, 1955. They were married 52 years and had two children. Benny retired from Remington Arms-Lonoke after a long and successful career that spanned over 30 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Goldie Fowler, his wife Sissy Fowler and one grandson, Tyler Jordan Fowler.
Benny is survived by his daughter, Brenda G. Luebke (Mark) of North Little Rock, Arkansas, and his son Timmy J. Fowler (Kim) of Beebe, Arkansas; three grandsons Derek Fowler (Allison), Dustan Fowler (Courtney) and Brandon Luebke (Dani). He is also survived by his seven great grandchildren, Isabelle Luebke, Avery, Alexis, Anlea, Sadie, Luca and Grayson Fowler; his very special friend, Willodene Vincent, and a host of many other family and friends.
The family would like to express a special thank you to Kaylee, Ken, Ellen, and all the staff of Spring Creek Health & Rehab; and Sara, Hannah and all the special caregivers of Arkansas Hospice. The care and compassion provided by each one to Dad is greatly appreciated. “Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with you all.” II Thessalonians 3:16
Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. followed by funeral service at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, 404 W. Dewitt Henry Dr., Beebe, Arkansas. Burial will be in Beebe Cemetery.
