Bentley Collins Obituary
Bentley Ray Collins, only five years old of Owenton, passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2025. Bentley was born with a congenital heart disease, but he never let it slow him down. A bit mischievous, he was full of life & fight each day, courageous in every battle he faced. Bentley loved everything with wheels! He lived to ride his tractor and battery-powered Jeep, jump on the trampoline, play with gravel, chase the chickens and cuddle with his kitty cat and doggy.
Bentley was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Collins, Jr., and paternal grandparents, Charlie & Margie Collins.

Parents: Mary Frazier & Wayne Collins of Owenton
Maternal Grandparents: Martha Sue & Robert Allen Frazier of Worthville
Brothers: Daniel Collins of Worthville
Jacob Dwayne Collins of Owenton
Aunts, Uncles & Cousins
Funeral Service: 2 PM on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Gene Temple of Jordan Baptist Church.
Burial: Point Pleasant Cemetery
Honorary Pallbearers: Katherine Smith & Dawn Higgins
Active Pallbearers: Jon Beach, Timmy Mertz, Michael Higgins, Christopher Higgins and Rian Beach
Memorial contributions may be given to Jeffrey Has Heart at jeffreyhasheart.org.
Visitation: 11 AM until service time on Wednesday at Prewitt New Castle Funeral Home.
