Berdena Leitschuck Obituary
Berdena Mae Leitschuck, 83, of Johnson Lake, NE died on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at CHI Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearney, NE. Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, October 24, 2025, at Peace Lutheran Church in Grand Island, NE with Pastor Justin Bangert officiating. Burial will follow in the Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Apfel Funeral Home in Grand Island, NE. Apfel Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements; online condolences and a full obituary can be found at www.apfelfuneralhome.com.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to St. Jude’s hospital or to the family to place a memorial bench in memory of Berdena at Johnson Lake.
