She passed away Sunday, March 8, 2026, at the Stanton Health Care Center. Memorials may be directed to the Family for later designation.
Bernice Backstrom is survived by her daughter, Diane K. Wolf of Stanton; grandsons, Tate (Becky) Wolf of Omaha and Alex Wolf of Omaha; two great-grandchildren, Mathilda Wolf and Calvin Wolf; brother, Vernon (Cathryn) Hollman of Stillwater, MN; sister-in-law, Esther (Tom) Plahn of Fremont; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernhard and Minnie (Weiershauser) Hollman; husband, Morris in 2016; son, Lyle in 1980; brother, Leon Hollman and son-in-law, Ray Wolf Jr.
