I knew Bernard's parents, Patty and Bernard, and attended their wedding. Patty was thrilled when her two children were born. I was in contact with Bernard for a short time on F/B a few years back.
To hear of his passing just broke my heart. My deepest and most sincere condolences go out to the Gribbin family and to all affected by his tragic loss. Rest easy and in eternal peace Bernard.
