Bernard Lipschutz, on August 29th, 2024. Born to Philip and Ida on July 20, 1925. Bernie was the older brother of Howard and Alan. A graduate of Central High School 178th Class and Temple University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. A World War II veteran serving in the Army as an anti-aircraft gun crewman in Normandy, Northern France, Belgium and the Rhineland. As a CPA, he began his career as an Accountant and became Property Manager for the Cedarbrook Mall, Cedarbrook Hill Country Club and the Cedarbrook Hill Apartment Complex. At Strouse Greenberg & Co. Property Manager of locations in Florida, Pennsylvania and New Jersey until retirement. Spending time with his grandchildren, Michael and Laura answering to "Granpop" for 39 years, added years to his life. He was one of a kind and will be missed and remembered by all of those who were fortunate to have known him. Loving husband of Marlene (nee Farber), adoring father of David Lipschutz, Steven Lipschutz, and Ruth Cox. Adoring grandfather of Michael (Lauren) and Laura. Relatives and friends are invited to graveside services on Sunday September 1st, 2024 at 1:00 PM precisely at Shalom Memorial Park (Sec. Jacob).
