Hello My name is Zero. I rented the house on Washington St. Mr. Penner treated me like I was his Son. He meant the world to me. I have had long conversations with Mr. Penner & He DEARLY & TRULY LOVED HIS FAMILY. I thank God for putting Mr. Penner in my path. I am deeply saddened for his loss, but I will keep a place in my HEART for Mr. Penner. I still can hear his laugh!!! To the Family You have my Sympathy.
