My deepest condolences to the family. It was my honor to work with Bernie at Teradyne for the last 20 years. He was an expert in his field and a true professional that worked on some of the toughest manufacturing and engineering challenges. I will always remember his "can do" attitude and his willingness to help everyone. The Teradyne family will miss him, rest in peace.
