Bernard E. Pratt

As a classmate of Bennie's at Maine Maritime Academy I can honestly say that he was one of the finest guys I ever met. Bennie was a friend to all and was always willing to pitch in and lend a hand whenever and wherever needed. There are not enough people with the high personal standards of Bennie Pratt in this world. Bennie always had a kind word and smile for everyone and when we crossed paths a few times long after graduation from MMA we started chatting as if no time had passed at all. He will always be remembered as a most kind and decent soul. Rest in Peace old friend and know that our hearts are heavy as we contemplate life without you.
