Bertha Mae Green, age 85, was born April 22, 1926 in Fairhope, AL and passed away peacefully in Sugar Land, TX on Sept. 14, 2011. Bertha was a nurse. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rufus Rudolph Green. Bertha is survived by her daughter, Barbara and a son, James Ray Green. A visitation will be held Sat. Sept. 17, from 1 to 2 pm and the funeral service will follow at 2pm in the Chapel of Forest Park Westheimer.
