Bertha Martinez Obituary
She will always be remembered for her love of Loteria, puzzles, her love of a nice cold Pepsi that never wavered, and of course her feistiness, as well as her love of 'The Price is Right'.
She is preceded in death by her son Edward Handy Jr., her parents Domingo and Domitila Loya, and her siblings Domingo Jr., Susano, Roman, Sandra, Guadalupe & San Juana. Left to cherish her memories are Judy (Harry) Gaston, Jeannie (Allen) Martinez, her son Dennis L Handy, her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and her siblings Evangelina, Beatriz, Maria de Jesus, Jose Angel, and Jose Adrian.
Visitation will be held from 4pm to 7pm on March 28, 2026, at Seaside Funeral Home Chapel. A Rosary Service will be held at 5:30pm that same evening.
