Bertha Hopkins Moran

Our hearts go out to Bertha's family. I had never met Bertha in person, but had many phone conversations with her over the years for business. What a pleasant and genuine person. She will be missed.

Brad, We are sorry to hear of your loss. We only met you guys briefly at your house "project", but you were both so sweet.

Mrs. Hopkins, I was so sorry to read about Bertha's passing in the paper yesterday. I remember many, many days spent at your house when I was in elementary school and having so much fun with Bertha! I enjoyed catching up with her at each of our high school reunions and we will miss her very much. Love always,

Rachael- We are so sorry to hear the news on her Mother. It came as a shock to all of us. Steve has been a friend of your mom & dad (Mike) for about 20 years. I only know your mother for 11 years. I remember when both of them came over to our house for a cook out we seat around the fire laughing and having a great time. Your mom was pleasant to be around & she will be highly missed. Ever time I would go to Mid-Atlantic Controls –Your mom was always greeting me with a smile. You & your family are in our thoughts & prayers. God bless you all in this difficult time.

We are so very sorry for your loss. As close friends and former neighbors of Bertha and Brad, we came to consider our selves more family then neighbors.

Bertha, like Brad loved the outdoors and we have very fond memories of camping trips and evening social gathering across the street to both chit-chat and vent about the day’s occurrences. We miss those gatherings immensely and will keep the memory of those times as some of our favorites.

Deborah, Logan and I can honestly say that we have all learned a great deal about friends and how to love them through our association with you both.

We are truely sorry for your loss. You and Bertha had a relationship that was truely vibrant and full of love that always showed. Just remember to always take that with you as she will be your guardian angel. She truely was one of those people whom you could easily talk to and trust. She always took time to help and love all of her friends and family. Maybe god decided it was her time so that she could be that angel that can help to make the people of the world more like her. I'm sorry to hear of Bertha's death. We were good friends many years ago. Many, many years ago. 7th grade and middle school at SJ, and LD. My thoughts and prayers are with all who knew and loved her.

We are very sorry for your loss and ours too. We know this was very sudden and is a very ruff time for the family but God does not put anymore on your plate than you can handle. Just remember she is in a much better place and is no longer in pain. She is now your Guardian Angel and will be watching over you every day. She was such a loving, giving, and kind hearted person and loved by everyone. I just can't put it all into words how special of a person she was.
