Bertha Windham

Bertha Louise Windham, 85, passed away February 15, 2026. She was born December 31, 1940 in Walnut, MS to Curtis and Erma Davis Loftin. A devoted homemaker, Bertha was diligent in doing everything she could to make her house a home. She was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ and was a member of Providence Baptist Church.

Visitation will be February 18, 2026 from 1:00 - 2:00 PM followed by services at McKibben and Guinn Funeral Service in Grenada, MS with Dr. Joey Faulk officiating. Interment will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery near Duck Hill.

Survivors include children, Debbie Kelley of Calera, AL, Melvin(Trina) Windham of Holcomb, MS, Bobby(Debra) Windham of Grenada, MS, and Jennifer Ivy of Olive Branch MS; brother-in-law, James Windham of Grenada, MS, 13 grandchildren, Keith Creswell of Calera, AL, Camden(Brian) Garner of Calera, AL., Casey Windham of Lurand MS, Trip(Brandy) Pugh of Clarksdale, MS, Cody(Sierra) Windham of Springfield, MO, Lelia(Dustin) Carstenn of Ocala, FL, Haley(Colby) Spruill of Oxford, MS, Ian(Megan) Windham of Cleveland, OH, Greg Jordan, Eric Jordan, and David Jordan of Grenada, MS, Kennedy(Dillon) Lantrip of Olive Branch, MS, and Jackson Ivy of Olive Branch, MS; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Lipstraw and caregiver, Patrina Robinson.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Dudley Windham; parents, Curtis and Erma Loftin; brothers, Gerald Loftin, Robert Lakey, Joe Lakey, Jimmy Lakey, and Barry Lakey; and sister, Sandy Lakey.

Pallbearers will be Keith Creswell, Casey Windham, Trip Pugh, Cody Windham, Brian Garner, Gareth Garner, Colby Spruill and Dillon Lantrip. Honorary Pallbearers will be James Windham, James Robinson, Ian Windham, Jace Garner and Jackson Ivy.
