Bessie Mae Jones Bullard, 90 went to be with the Lord on Friday, August 29, 2025 at Morning Star Special Care Unit in Fayetteville.
Funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, August 31, 2025 at Butler Funeral Home Chapel in Stedman, officiating will be Rev. Gary Horne. A viewing will be held Sunday at the funeral home starting at 2:00 PM. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery in Fayetteville.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Allen Jones and Dora Locklear Jones; husband, Buddy Corvye Bullard; brothers, Neal Groves, Tony Goins, Buddy Jones, Earl Jones, Malcom Jones, Ed Jones and Carl Fred Jones.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Barbara Pickens & husband, Oliver, Betty Heath, Chris Bullard & wife, Patsy, Doretha Washington, and David Bullard; brother, Glenn Jones; 6 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.
