Bessie Marie Dunsworth, born on June 24, 1935, passed away August 12, 2025 at Pleasant View Home in Inman, KS.

She's leaving behind a legacy filled with warmth, love, and cherished traditions. Bessie was known for her exceptional baking skills and her intricate embroidery, which brought joy and comfort to many around her.

Though Bessie's passing marks the end of an era, her influence and the memories of her kindness persist. She is preceded in death by her Parents: Rosie Ward (Coatney), Laurence Luney, Husband: Jr. Max Dunsworth, Daughter: Marilyn Curless (Dunsworth), Sons: Terry Dunsworth, Marvin Dunsworth and Jerry Reed, Brothers: Raymond Luney, Leroy Luney, Eugene Luney.

Her legacy will be carried forward by those she leaves behind: Daughters: Geanetta Renner (Dunsworth) of Hutchinson Ks, Chloie White (Larry) of Hutchinson Ks, Peggy Grunwald (Elek) of Goddard, Ks, Debbie Montgomery of Oklahoma, Sons: Thomas Reed of Oklahoma, Danny Montgomery of Oklahoma, and 16 Grandchildren, 20 Great-grandchildren and numerous Great-Great Grandchildren.

Per Marie's request there will be no service. Cremation will take place.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial gifts may be made to Pleasant View Home In care of Old Mission Heritage Funeral Home, 528 N Main St., Hutchinson Kansas 67501.

My thoughts and prayers are with my dear sister (-in-law) Peggy Grunwald, my brother-in-law Elek and the entire family. Your mom is now with our Lord and no longer in pain or suffering. Always think of the good times had as that will help with the healing process.
