Beth Holden Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Silver Creek Mortuary - Taylor on Feb. 16, 2026.
Beth Aul Holden, known affectionately as Beth to all who knew her, passed away on February 15, 2026, at the age of 58 in Taylor, Arizona, after a courageous battle with cancer and numerous health problems. She was surrounded by her spouse and loved ones at the time of her passing. She was born on April 27, 1967, in Winslow, Arizona, Beth was a beacon of optimism and love throughout her life. She was the youngest of nine children born to Duane and Ione Aul.
Beth was predeceased by her beloved parents, Duane and Ione Aul, as well as her siblings, Debbie Pearce and Milton Aul. She leaves behind a legacy of love with her devoted husband, Lawrence Dean Holden, and her cherished siblings, Gloria Hatch, Linda Peterman, Lincoln Aul, Marilyn Willis, LaRee Godfrey, and Tami Slade. She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews, whom she adored.
Her educational journey included attending semesters at Rick's College, which broadened her horizons and deepened her appreciation for learning. Beth's passion for beauty and care for others led her to a fulfilling career in cosmetology. She was known for her skill in men's haircuts and coloring women's hair. She always provided free haircuts to the missionaries serving the Lord.
Beth's love story with Lawrence was nothing short of a miracle. Their marriage was a testament to their shared values and deep affection, setting an example of companionship that many aspired to emulate.
A devout Christian, Beth's faith was unwavering, and she found great solace and strength in the teachings of Jesus Christ and the restored gospel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her concern for her loved ones was a constant in her life, and she often expressed her love through her actions and her steadfast testimony. She served as a temple worker in several temples.
Beth's interests were a reflection of her generous and loving spirit. She created countless cherished memories with her nieces and other family members, whether it was while bowling, enjoying movies, indulging in ice cream outings, or simply spending quality time at the park. Patience and love were the hallmarks of her interactions with everyone around her, making every moment spent in her company a gift.
The words that best describe Beth-optimistic, loving, and generous-only begin to capture the essence of her character. Her radiant smile and her tendency to see the best in people and situations were a source of comfort and inspiration.
Beth's life was a testament to the power of love, faith, and family. She touched many lives with her kindness and her unwavering positive outlook. While she will be deeply missed by all who knew her, her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends. Beth Aul Holden's journey on earth may have ended, but her legacy of love and joy will endure forever.
A service celebrating her life will be held at 12:00pm on Saturday, February 28th at the Lovelake Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 301 S. Love Lake Rd, Taylor, AZ 85939
